The Roof Center further recommended that the Board specify the lower grade option as the standard (there is a high and a low grade), because the warranty on the lower grade has improved such that it is comparable to the high grade shingle and is less expensive.
The Board agreed the lower grade, 3-tab style, with one of the 2 color options would be the standard for the community for unit owners who plan to replace their roof.
