The Roof Center has roof shingles used throughout the community. Two different colors are used and all have the mold resistance built into them.
Timber Blend (tan)
The Board determined that the 3-tab style will be the required style.
The Roof Center further recommended that the Board specify the lower grade option as the standard (there is a high and a low grade), because the warranty on the lower grade has improved such that it is comparable to the high grade shingle and is less expensive.
The Board agreed the lower grade, 3-tab style, with one of the 2 color options would be the standard for the community for unit owners who plan to replace their roof.
