BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS are generally held the 4th Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:30 PM. The meeting location is the Landings at River Oaks Pool Clubhouse, 3400 Barnhouse Drive, Edgewater, MD. Time is allotted for an open forum in order for attendees to pose questions, raise concerns and compliment the Board. **CURRENTLY BEING HELD VIRTUALLY**
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS are held in November. The meeting location will be announced with the meeting notice that goes out 30 days in advance. Unit owners (Members) and renters are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Current Contact Information: Every year, you will receive a form from Victory Management (VMI) requesting you to update your contact information. This is CRUCIAL to ensuring that you receive all official River Oaks Condominium communications as well as to allow the management company to contact you in the event of an emergency regarding your unit.
Notices & Other Information by Electronic Transmission: The MD Condominium Act permits the Association to deliver meeting notices, ballots, and proxies, and other information to unit owners by electronic transmission if the unit owner specifically authorizes this use to the Association AND to the management company. If you desire to receive meeting notices and other Association information from the management company by electronic transmission instead of by U.S. postal mail, please email Property Manager Mirga Dulys and request the Email Authorization Form.
