We must control how we handle our trash, e.g., depositing it only after 4 PM the night before it is to be collected, being aware of holiday and snow storm schedules, and securing the trash from animals and wind.
After a snow storm, we can keep our sidewalks clear, offer a driveway to a non-garage unit resident, and respect the numbered spaces of our neighbors.
RIVER OAKS DOES NOT HAVE A TRASH COLLECTION FEE. We utilize county trash removal at no additional cost.
