We are often asked, "Do we have access to the pool at the Landings at River Oaks?"
You may use the pool only if you are a guest of an owner or tenant living in The Landings at River Oaks. The Landings is a separate community and they do not offer pool memberships to non-residents.
The River Oaks Condo Association (ROCA) has tried to negotiate memberships for ROCA residents but insurance requirements and other factors have precluded a successful arrangement.
However, the good news is that there is a very nice pool nearby.
The Southdown Pool is a small, privately owned and operated swim club situated in the Southdown Shores community off Route 2 in Edgewater, Maryland. Membership & Swim Lessons are open to the public.
